Love this harvester, friendly staff not long waiting times and plenty of room to wait. Lovely set up inside
Visited Harvester on Wednesday 16th January. We arrived at approximately 1600hrs. We ordered food, which was very nice, as usual. We then came to pay the bill at the end and expected to get the 33% of the bill, which we have always got and is advertised all over their website, unfortunately what it doesn't say is that you HAVE to have their app downloaded to get it. We were informed by the waitress that this was brought in before Christmas. I think this should be clearly stated on your website. What should have been a very good night out was soured by the very expensive bill. We have tried to download the app since returning home and it won't download. We have used this restaurant on numerous occasions but probably won't be going there again.
First time I took my family to this restaurant. People was really nice and friendly. The food was lovely some extra chips was lacking but overall a nice environment to take your loved ones into.
Had a family get together today, 10 in total, everyone had only slightly warm food. I had Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, but it turned out to be a Christmas pudding slice with custard with a hint of brandy! Could not eat all of the Yorkshire pudding, could not cut it, veg was like rubber, had garlic mushrooms but only had one mushroom the garlic was in the bread! One star is for the staff, not enough staff for a busy place.
Haven't been in a while, service was good attentive without being there every 2 seconds, it was busy this evening but not kept waiting very long at any point. The menu does seem to have been condensed as remember a double page opening menu as opposed to the single sheet this evening but still a reasonable selection. Desserts were nice but again looks like a smaller selection, still nice though.
