Tried to order food twice, told the kitchen to busy, but hardly anyone there. The second time they closed the kitchen two minutes after I asked. Then 15 minutes later the lane next to us had a buffet brought out **UPDATE**Great followup customer service. Thank you :)
60 for 2 games, half the letters dont work when typing names and strikes/spares not always registered although all pins knocked down. Price has doubled in the last few years but no upgrade to the technology. Go elsewhere
The bar area's floor was super sticky! The bar was very quiet, so I think they would have had time to clean it. Our lane kept malfunctioning. When the pins were being re-set, they kept slipping before being reset, time and time again, this happened every few turns. It really spoiled the experience. As did the children randomly running across our lanes, and the dirty toilets. I was also disappointed to find no football being shown here.
On our visit, for our son's birthday, we were disappointed. The bowling lane we were allocated malfunctioned twice, the pins failed to settle and the scores seemed to have a mind of their own! There wasn't the option to have bumpers up for children and down for grown-ups so the group ended up being unhappy for that reason also. In the arcade area, a few of the machines were broken and some looked like they dispensed tickets but didn't, though that wasn't mentioned on the machine. The prizes when you do win tickets are pretty basic and there isn't a large selection. Overall, it wouldn't be my first choice of bowling alley next time.
This was my first time here and I loved it. I felt like a kid all over again. There's a good sized arcade here and a lovely modern bar area too. This is obviously in addition to the amazing bowling lanes. I don't think I've actually come across a place that had so many lanes. Very spacious unit and the beer was fantastic and fresh (much better than the places I've been for bowling before). 2 games of howling for 9.99 each - You can't argue with that. I'll be coming back here again for sure!
