Not that great, food is good but not much interaction between staff and customers, floor needed cleaning, was quite disappointed .
Very average in general. Staff attitude is very hit and miss and leadership seems very weak. I think the staff think they're over worked which is not the case compared to other coffee shops. Good products but let down by cluttered tables, staff attitude and ambiance.
A good M&S not to be overlooked, nice little restaurant and usually a nice selection of clothing.
Coffee shop needs a good shake up. Had a twenty minute wait for two coffees. Do not think we will use it again
This store like most is very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. Too many rails/displays too close together creating impassable blocks. Not unusual for the wheelchair to drag rails or for space to be too tight to pass. The saving grace is the small food hall which is much more accessible to a wheelchair. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the checkouts which are too narrow and require scraping past pillars to exit. Not a bad store as long as you don't mind bringing stuff to the wheelchair user instead of it being accessible.
