Completely dislike everything about Cash Gen, it's a dirty dated store the staff ain't exactly friendly and all seem like they hate their job which is understandable really because I bet they receive a lot of abuse.Buying products from them can be worth doing as you can often pick up a bargain, but god help you if it's faulty. The last thing Cash Gen want to do is return something, and will try everything they can to not give you a refund.Selling items: Don't Do It! Simple really, they offer pennies for items that they will put up for sale them selves for more than double or triple what they paid you for. If you need to sell something I advise you use eBay, Gumtree or even Facebook these days and earn yourself more money.
Not happy with the surface at all they watched me take every think into the shop and then offered me 20 pound for 300 pounds worth of stuff so I told them to stick it.... if your thinking of selling your stuff go on gumtree!!!
Buying is often very good, especially with the case of DVDs which are getting old but are still in good condition.
