Not bad. Not great. Quick service though. Pizzas are good.
Ordered food which was all wrong, looks like wrong order. Women on phone argued with wife, told us the manager was away then put the phone down.All we asked was for them to collect and replace with correct order.Appalling customer service.
Amazing a good standard pizzas its got amazing toppings and choices its good prices and i think its a good make
I ordered a medium size kebab (doesnt look medium) and chips for myself and a Cwmbran special burger for my partner. He had no issues with his and liked it all. I however had sauce on one side in the kebab and the meat tasted like washing up liquid. They also forgot my fork I asked for. My chips were nice tho. Was ok apart from the kebab .... probably wont go there again for a while. Think about what you buy
I made a 36 order and the whole order wasn't up to the standard I would expect. When the order arrived (late), there were a few items missing off the order, including a children's chicken nugget meal and a garlic dip. I was reimbursed for these items. However, after the call I noticed more issues with the order. The chicken donor kebab was cold and was only what I can describe as swimming in a puddle of grease and the pitta bread was not edible. This completely put me off the meal and I didn't eat it as it probably would of made me ill. All of the chips on all of the meals were cold and soggy and were in fact thrown in the bin and on the burger meals there was barely any cheese whatsoever and the burgers weren't very warm. I was very disappointed with this. I don't believe this was worth the money I spent ordering this food as was very poor quality. Contacted just eat, who contacted the restaurant on my behalf and the restaurant advised the member of just eat that I should call to resolve the issue. When I called, the lady on the phone stated that the chips "couldn't of been cold because they were in a hot bag" and that I "should have told the driver when he reimbursed the 5 for the missing items". At the time I didn't believe this was the correct process as I wanted to make an official complaint, not to mention I had two young children in bed, one of which was unsettled. The restaurant refused to reimburse me for the quality of the food and the lady on the phone who refused to give me her name stated "just because the food was cold it wouldn't mean the quality of the food was bad" and that i shouldnt order from them again.
