Great store with all I need for my cat, guinea pigs, gerbils, corn snake and fish. All under one roof and with VIP club offers and free parking, great value too.
Got everything we needed, really friendly staff.
Bought rain coats for my Bichons but they were too big, took them back with dog to measure up. There was no problem taking dog in and tried coats on. Medium size in one make was far too big but medium in another make was perfect. Being able to take your dog in and try on was good. Sizing is as much a problem for dogs as it is for humans.
This place would get 5 stars from me if it was based on staff alone. They give great advice and are always willing to help. I do think a lot of what they sell is overpriced and most people will turn to the net for better value. I go there out of convenience mostly and am happy to buy based on advice.
Not the cheapest pet shop and not one of the larger pets at home stores, but fantastic staff and they pack a huge range into the available space. Never had any problems parking here either. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful and gone out of their way to assist even when my click and collect fish tank arrived on a pallet one of the checkout staff spent 20 min helping me to unpack it so I could fit it into my car.
