A2 year old combi boiler.Told it was the best one to have less than 2 years later the thermostat controller stops working, you can't control temperature without it ,told it would cost 60 quid for a new one !!!!! Imagine having a tv which didn't have manual controls......Mysteriously when I said I'd take to trading standards the manufacturers guarantee s increased to 3 years......Yes lovely when selling the product not so good at after sales,failed to do the regular sevice so I may be out of compliance with the 7 year warranty.......And now .....Far to busy to do the service I need to get someone else........Shameful ......
