I've just had a epdm rubber roof installed by Mark Symonds roofing. The quality and customer service was excellent! They turned up when they said they would and carried out the work very professionally and to a high standard. They were excellent value for money compared with other quotations I had and were very friendly! I would definitely recommend them.

When you are spending a fair amount of money on house repairs, you have to be somewhat cautious who you take on.Right from the first meeting Mark and his son Cal put my mind at rest. Mark and the boys are reliable, thorough and trustworthy; I wholeheartedly recommend them to you. At each stage I felt informed and empowered to make various decisions as communications lines were open and honest (the beginning of our job was held up because of the storms; it could easily have become a frustrating experience, but Mark's wisdom and insight made it much more bearable). To a man, his team were polite and professional. The work was clean, quick and under budget. There have been no subsequent problems with the new roof, but were there to be, I'm confident that Mark's guarantee is both an assurance of quality and promise of care. Mark came highly recommended and we weren't disappointed when he and the boys came to repair a leak after we'd been having trouble with in our roof. The guys turned up on time, got straight on with the job without any fuss and when finished left the place spotless and 100% leak free!! Reasonable rates and totally nice guys too.
