Good company, used them a few times. They are friendly and easy to deal with. The vans are clean and in good condition and the prices are competitive.
DO NOT USE!Brought the van back with an extra 10-15 of extra fuel as the fuel gauge wasn't accurate or reliable when filling the tank. Then they charged almost 10 extra for additional miles.No consideration or understanding at all, just out to get money. Absolute rip off. If you're thinking about trying them out, don't. Just stick to something like Enterprise which is more reliable, more understanding and provides excellent service unlike Cwmbran Van Hire.It's a shame because you would expect local businesses to be better.Not recommended and will actively spread the word to ensure others don't make the mistake I did.
