Very easy and professional to book via national call centre. When I arrived to say I had hired a van the person (sorry forgot name) I spoke to greeted me by name and shook my hand. Van was immaculate and still looked/smelt new. Gave me a hand moving stuff from car to van and was genuinely interested in where I was going. Was happy for me to leave my car overnight and return the next day. I was on the road within minutes. The return was just as simple and a different person was just as helpful. Well done guys!
Experience was excellent. Was picked up early and taken back to office where all the staff were extremely friendly. Everything was explained to me and was on my way quickly. Same of return of the car. I was taken home very quickly. Staff were very polite and friendly. I have used Enterprise 4 times now and have always been very impressed by the service, and the price and quality of the vehicles.
