Buys a car on ebay and completely ignores messages and doesn't have the decency to let anyone know they're a complete messer.
Unprofessional!Used this company and was surprised that places like this still exist.People skills are zero.Ability to display any customer service zero.Time management zero.Attitude.... Awful!Very disappointed.This company is in need of a manager who can actually manage their staff, plan their time effectively and know a little bit (at least), about customer service. I can state this, as they get stressed due to poor planning and vent it on their customers (the very people who pay them money).
