Took my car to have the aircon regassed in the November when car had a warranty, but luckily just needed a regass, where they charged me an investigation fee of 25 plus vat However, when I took it back in the March as it had stopped working again they charged me in excess of 70 & didnt inform me there was going to be a charge! I thought it would be under warranty?! Then 2 weeks later the aircon failed again, so I took it back in and they claimed they stripped the car down & allegedly found a leak in the condenser.Not happy with this I took it to ATS and was charged 39 for a full regass and its still working to this day, over 7 months later! NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE FROM MOTAZONE! Im still waiting for my money back!
very poor service
Had car trouble suddenly and MOTAZONE sent theur staff out to there and then to help me. Didnt charge a call out fee and they fixed the problem for cheaper than the part cost and no labour. This garage is honestly the only garage i have been to where they have not overstated jobs, misquoted, they really are the best garage in Cwmbran
