This is the first time at Two Locks Garage. I took my Dacia in for a service this morning. Very quick and very honest unlike some garages, reasonable prices. I will definatley go back again.
Great service great guys honest n reliable
We have had two very bad experiences with this garage. In the first instance, Two Locks fitted a replacement tyre to my wife's Toyota. When she drove it away, the steering wheel jeered left and right violently. She returned to the garage where one of the mechanics took her car for a spin and returned to say there was nothing wrong with the fitting. At our cost , we went to another garage for a second opinion who showed us a huge bulge in tyre.Some years passed by and we noticed Two Locks had become part of Good Garage Scheme. We needed our brakes looked at on a Picasso as they were screeching once applied after driving for short distance. Two Locks checked the brakes and advised wife it was our child seat that was making the noise. They claim to have freed up calliper and charged my wife 35.00 . With the issue still there, we booked into another garage two days later who 're-inspected brakes to find warped brake discs and pads in need of replacement. I have emailed Mr Craddick at Two Locks to complain at service received only to be ignored. Having been robbed of thirty-five pounds and not having a serious problem repaired competently or responsibly, I have been prompted to share these two experiences. If the garage is willing to pass cars in a dangerous state and not care, I would hope to discourage others before someone gets hurt ! If the garage owner is reading this, I have the paperwork to back up my review
