I love this place because its quaint, completely Not my taste in decor but for some reason I just love going here. Maybe because it has a sense of nostalgia to it. Rather dated & but it reminds me of good Welsh old fashioned hotels & not an over the top generic hotel. Service in the restaurant is full on but I actually love it. I Always have the carvery as its comfort food not minimal fine ponsey dinning. Stayed many times & breakfast was also lovely. Staff are friendly & polite. Atmosphere more older generation but I love that too. Pool etc.. all nice & clean. I love going here & have done for years!
Lovely hotel. Spacious but cosy with open fires and plenty of space for little ones to run around. Great restaurant and very friendly staff. Games room, pool table plus a spa with steam room, sauna and a good sized swimming pool. Highly recommend.
Great hotel and staff make you feel like youre a valued customer. Theyre always friendly and helpful. Delicious and large Welsh breakfast. Good value also.
First visit here. Nice grounds and large car park. Hotel decorated nicely for Xmas. Large bar and restaurant area and separate residents lounge that has sky sports. Bar food was good. Room was nice but very warm. Took duvet out of cover and discovered blood stains. Pool area looked nice but didn't get chance to use it. Xmas party night and some very loud guests in opposite room. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful.
A comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. highly recommended! The well-appointed rooms are reasonably sized with decent bathrooms and good showers/bath. The bar food was excellent, and the breakfast did not disappoint either. Very friendly and helpful staff, would not hesitate to stay here again.
