Decent gym nice staff. Only problem is some of the idiots that use the gym. Slamming weights, ego lifting and being as loud as possible when actually lifting very little. Need more cable crosses as they are a beacon to morons who spend their whole workout using them. Squat racks should be used for squatting only not bench or anything that requires sitting down.

No frills gym at an extremely reasonable price. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Iv been a very happy gym member since end of September 2017. Cheep and cheerful gym that is literally a stone throw away from my house. Very friendly staff that always have time for you (particularly as I love to talk) I often take part in the classes that vary each week.
