Let down by this company for the 3rd time. They don't seem to know what they r doing. Very disappointed
Generally satisfied and better overall than other Agents used in the past but have to agree with the comments made about them not replying to emails.Sometimes there is an automated response saying ' out of office send another email to etc.' It would be easier in such circumstances if the initial email was redirected automatically.But in any event even when the initial email is received no reply is often the outcome.Chasing up ' no reply to my email, can you please update me etc.'still gets no acknowledgement.Ironically the initial email is almost always from them but the reply is ignored.Maybe the staff are doing their best but are overwhelmed.Maybe not.Having just recommended a family member to switch agencies and go to Hathaway I hope that the management can improve this aspect.
Really unhelpful lady dealing with rentals who couldn't show me any properties as they were too busy and was obnoxious about needing a guarantor even though I am currently a home owner. Would be concerned to discover that my potential clients were treated in that way if I were trying to rent my property through them.
