The worst. They asked me for proof of adress, I send them the driving licence. They email me that they want a bill on my name. I've seen the email after 2 days, on weekend and also another email saying that my insurance has been cancelled. I was far from home having a weekend out with my family, and I've been left without car insurance. I would never recommend. The only person not rude I talked with,was Kevin.
I tried to get a policy for 6 hours with this company and they kept saying they will. Call me back and its busy but heard nothing even after choosing my quote online and giving all my payment details. I called 4 times and got nowhere. I hope people read the reviews before choosing them as im clearly not the only person who has had issues. I would say terrible customer service but i didnt receive any

July 2017 as a new driver i chose to insure my car with insure my motor policy which is no an insurance THEY ARE BROKERS and I didnt know it back then as I was looking for an insurance online and that came up with a lower price compare to other insurance.In August 2017 I was involved in a small accident whether someone was illegally parked on a double yellow line 5-8 meters before the traffic lights. I was driving on my lane normally with 10-15 miles an hour and the lady of the other car started driving off and as a result her car hit my back wheel but THERE WAS NOT ANY DAMAGE to my car or to her car either. We decided not to call the police or claim.Weeks later they call me from my insurance telling me that I was involved in an accident and the third party is claiming against me.The went through an investigation with pictures from both vehicles and they couldnt find anything.Since then they are trying to contact me in any single way in order to threat me with cancellation of my policy because I am not responding on time and I am not even any longer with them which is not making any sense to me....They are so rude over the phone telling me that I am lying to them regarding to where I am and the third party wants to take the case to the court and if I would like to attend at court. Thats being going on for 15 months so far I am so fed up.They keep saying that the third party is claiming for money and they refuse to pay, which is fair as it was not my fault but, what do they want me to do?THEY ARE TARGETING NEW DRIVERS IN ORDER TO SCARE THEM OFF BY MAKING UP THINGS SO THEY CAN ASK FOR EXTRA MONEYTHEY ARE CROOKS ....STAY AWAY FROM THEMNote: The name of the policy is XS DIRECT and not Insure your motor.
