Shocking! Receptionist think they are the law and jury. Completely rude and neglectful
My name is Averil Jenkins I am a patient with this surgery and i have to say the Doctors and staff I Highly recommend. And you won't get better or kinder Nurses anywhere especially Sister Penny she is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff working here..

Brilliant caring kind.Best surgery my hubby and I have ever used.Will miss DR King but they are all great.I am unfortunate in that my problems are many and complex but everyone from first point of contact are fine.Thankyou Clarke ave.
Just one thing I am not completely happy with is the self service point... everyone who comes in the surgery presumably uses this and it's a touch screen, surely there should be a ant bac hell to stop me catching anything contagious
