Absolutely terrible service!! Had an initial appointment as I had moved to area, unfortunately a work colleague had personal issues of which I had to cover last minute and miss my appointment. Tried to rearrange and was told that I was now struck off their books! As a person who rarely visits the doctors I was shocked and the disgusting attitude of the receptionist on the phone makes me glad I have to go elsewhere. No consideration for actual working people - avoid at all costs and register somewhere else.
