Brilliant service. Both friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend. Felt no pressure to buy and was given ample time to view cars on forecourt with no sales pitches , then picked a car and was given as much time as we wanted to view it and test drive it. Staff had full knowledge of the car and was able to answer all my questions. We drove car away from there knowing we had bought from a really trust worthy business. Definitely a 5* . Now 3 months on from purchase had small issue with light on dash and recived first class aftercare service from springvale car sales who resolved issue immediately with a second to none response and professionalism again friendly and approachable. Myself and my wife would highly recommend. Great company!

Best car sales I have ever encountered. I bought a car from them 3 years ago and was very impressed then, and did a review on yell then praising them up. So after 3 years trouble free motoring, I went back to them to upgrade my car to a newer model. Still the same people, Chris and Adam, still the same high levels of honesty, trustworthiness, no pressure and fair prices. Although they didn't have my very specific requirements in stock that day, the next morning I had a phone call to say they'd just had what I was looking for come in. Saw it, and it was perfect, even down to the colour!! Bought it! They put a new MOT on it, even doing a previous MOT advisory with 6 months warranty and service. One query I had afterwards was rectified immediately. These guys are at the pinnacle of what a service/sales industry should be about. Why go anywhere else? Oh, and by the way, I am not local to them at all, but am more than happy to travel to use this excellent company.
