Extremely rude staff. Asked a question about a vehicle being sold by them, and was given some cheeky replies for no apparent reoson! Dissapointed to say the least.
Asked would you take px he said no thanks and why would I offer you more that retail (8000) said that they cheaper on eBay which they not had my car on eBay going for 10k I went to another garage they offered 8200 and Chris waited offered 8k cash to buy off me with spec and mileage very rude unprofessional garage needs to go and have costumer service lessons.
Car advertised as 89k, actually has 98k. Contacted the same day, will not give the money back even know it was the same day and under the consumer act you can refuse a used car within 30days. With the solicitors now
