First of all Id like to say a massive thank you to Newtown motors. I purchased my car just a few months ago and it developed a fault. The fault took several weeks to be repaired due to a back order of the parts needed. Obviously this is out of control of Newtown motors as the part had to come from Germany. They did everything humanly possible to make things easier for me. I had 2 courtesy cars over the period, 1 of which was actually delivered to my home address with a full tank of fuel. They also kept me up to date with all the latest information regarding my vehicle being repaired. This is a genuine review and I cannot emphasise how good Newtown Motors have been throughout this difficult and stressful time. And I wouldnt hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, as they have shown when I was in time of need to use the after care customer service. They went above and beyond. Thank you both Peter and Lee
Just stating facts...1. Car went in for service + MOT2. Problems with tyres, brakes, suspension - fixed for around 700. OK, wear and tear. No other problems found.3. After collecting car and driving, it overheated and lost power. No leak observed but opened bonnet and no coolant!4. Returned to garage - advised new radiator required - fixed for around 400. 5. More parts now starting to fail. Suspect they have been cooked.What do you think happened?
